Hilti repairs or replaces, free of charge, all tools that suffer defects as a result of faults in material or manufacturing over the entire life of the product.

» After the first 1 year with no cost, customers pay max. 30% of the corresponding new tool’s list price

■ 1 year no cost on repairs for all tools expect:
» 1 year or 100 hours: heavy diamond with hour counter
» 6 months: screw drivers, angle grinders, GX100, DX860
» DX tools: pistons and stoppers excluded
» Batteries and filters excluded
» Gas saw without Lifetime Service

■ As before tools are not taken in no cost period if:
» Voltage variation which could damage the tool
» Misuse of the tool
» Tool broken because it failed down

■ Customers will pay maximum 30% of the value of a new tool (price list)
■ We are confident in the quality of our repairs, so we warranty the paid repairs for 3 months
» If you are not sure of the quality of your mechanics, we can help you for a training
